File Island.

Island is notable for its excellent, reasonably well-preserved temple complex Ptolemaic era, consisting of several buildings: a temple of Nectanebo I, the temple of Isis, the pavilion of Trajan and the Temple of Hathor.  The primary is a temple dedicated to the goddess Isis.  Due to the construction of the new Aswan Dam had to move these facilities on a small island Adzhilkiya in order to protect them from flooding.
