Palace of Knossos


Palace of Knossos - perhaps the largest palace of Minoan civilization, which, according to legend, was a maze of the Minotaur.  The main part of the palace - is the central public and paved courtyard, around which are the premises of the western, northern, southern and eastern wings.  In the palace of the Museum of icons Knossos with a huge collection of icons and paintings in medieval times.
