Beauty full Island Stockholm Archipelago in Sweden

I must admit that I have not been very many times in the Stockholm archipelago. And that today I don't even have a clue of exactly which islands I've been to. A couple of times I have also gone by boat and only seen the islands from the lake side. Yet. I've seen enough to dare place the area this high on my list here.

It's also quite common for the capital's archipelago to top lists like this, so I'm not particularly worried that I've placed this archipelago far too high.

In the summer of 2019, we took the ferry from Stockholm to Tallinn via the Stockholm archipelago and then also Aland. The archipelago was very beautiful on this bright summer evening in June. Baltic Queen is a floating pleasure palace but we didn't care much about that. We enjoyed the nature we passed instead. Had dinner. And then a magical sunset over mirror-like water. The Asian travelers couldn't stop taking pictures. Neither do I.

Stockholm's archipelago is considered Sweden's largest archipelago and the second largest in the Baltic Sea, after the Archipelago Sea in southwestern Finland. It is said to consist of 24,000 islands, islets and skerries. So there's a lot to pick up on.
